Bus-Shuttle Service to/from the Lake Garda Airports

What is it?

It’s a bus transfer service to/from the Lake Garda Airports: Verona – Villafranca, Brescia and Orio al Serio; it’s available for the guests of the accommodations which are members of the Consortium “Lago di Garda è…”.

When and how long is it going to be available?

This service will start on the 24st March and it will end on the 31st October 2012

How does it work?

This service has to be booked on-line by the member – accommodations of the Consortium at least 48 hours in advance. After this term the bookings will be accepted according to the availability of the buses.

How much does it cost?

The prices are divided into 4 groups for the Verona and Brescia Airports: 1 guest booking, 2 guests booking, from 3 to 4 guests booking and from 5 to 8 guests booking.

All the prices are intended to be per route and per adult.

Children: For children in the age from 0 to 4 years old (without having 4th birthday yet) there is a 30% discount on the full price. We inform you that baby’s chairs are not scheduled on the bus because they are not required on public means of transport by the Italian law. Moreover we require you to specify always, during the booking, if there are any babies on board because they eventually need a place on the bus.

Waiting time and the meeting - place with the driver - INFO POINT: The waiting time for the incoming guests is 30 minutes since the exit from the baggage reclaim hall. The driver will wait for the customers at the info-point desk “low cost airport transfer” which is in the hall of the arrivals terminal. If the guests are not able to meet up with the driver, they are asked to wait at the info-point desk or to call the emergency number.

Departure Times: Timetable for the pick-ups from the scheduled places is set according to the time needed to reach the airport and to follow the check – in procedure with enough time.

Handicapped people: During the booking you need to point out if there is a wheelchair or a mobility scooter. With reference to the mobility scooter, the transportation of it will have the same price as an adult. Instead, the transportation of the wheelchair, if it’s a folding one, is free.

Equipment: You need to point out if there is any kind of equipment and the transportation of it costs the same as an adult.

Cancellations and no - shows: Till 24 hours before the time requested during the service booking, there will be no penalty fare.

SERVIZIO DI BUS TRANSFER DA/PER AEROPORTI DEL GARDA

Che cos’è?

E’ un servizio di trasferimento da/per gli Aeroporti di Verona-Villafranca, Brescia e Orio al Serio, per tutti gli ospiti delle strutture ricettive socie del Consorzio “Lago di Garda è…”.

Quando entra in funzione e quanto dura?

Il servizio entrerà in funzione il 1° Aprile 2011 e durerà fino al 31 Ottobre 2011

Come si utilizza?

Il servizio deve essere prenotato on-line da parte della struttura socia del Consorzio almeno 48 ore prima. Dopo tale termine saranno accettate secondo disponibilità del veicolo.

Quali sono i prezzi?

Le tariffe previste sono divise in quattro scaglioni per gli aeroporti di Verona e Brescia:

1 persona sola prenotata, 2 persone prenotate insieme, da 3 a 4 persone prenotate insieme e da 5 a 8 persone prenotate insieme.

Per l'aeroporto di Bergamo le tariffe sono rimaste come per la stagione 2010.

Tutti i prezzi si intendono per tratta e per persona adulta.

Bambini: Bambini da 0 a 4 anni non compiuti sono gratis; da 4 anni a 12 anni non compiuti hanno la riduzione del 30%. Si avvisa che il seggiolino per i bambini non è previsto in quanto per la legge italiana non è obbligatorio per il servizio pubblico. Vi preghiamo inoltre di inserire sempre nella prenotazione eventuali infant in quanto occupano un posto a bordo.

Tempi di attesa ed incontro con l'autista – INFO POINT : il tempo di attesa per i clienti in arrivo è all' incirca di 30 minuti dall'uscita dal ritiro bagagli. L'autista attenderà i clienti al desk info point “low cost airport transfer” situato nella hall degli arrivi. Se i clienti non dovessero incontrarsi con l'autista comunicate di attendere al desk info point e di contattare Voi o il numero di emergenza.

Orario di carico in partenza: l'orario di pick up dal luogo previsto è calcolato tenendo conto del tempo necessario per raggiungere l'aeroporto e delle ore richieste dalle compagnie di volo per check in ed imbarco.

Portatori di handicap: dovrà essere segnalato nella prenotazione la presenza di sedia a rotelle/mobility scooter. Per quest'ultimo si dovrà conteggiare la tariffa come per una persona, diversamente la sedia a rotelle, se pieghevole, non comporta nessun costo aggiuntivo.

Attrezzature: dovranno essere segnalate nella prenotazione ed hanno una tariffa di trasporto pari alla tariffa di una persona.

Cancellazioni e no show: fino a 24 ore prima del servizio non è prevista nessuna penale. Successivamente verrà addebitato l'intero importo. Variazioni su prenotazioni esistenti: è sufficiente inviare un' email all'indirizzo This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it comunicando i nuovi dati. Vi preghiamo di non inserire nuove prenotazioni in quanto non andrebbero a sostituire in automatico la prenotazione esistente.
