The municipality of San Zeno di Montagna is located to the South / Southwest of Mount Baldo chain (the mount also known as the Garden of Europe) on the Verona’s shore of Lake Garda. San Zeno di Montagna is 15 Km away from the exit Affi of A22 of Brennero at 700 m above sea level. The village - situated like a balcony over the Lake Garda - offers a fantastic view of the whole Garda area. The municipal wide pine forest, the woods and the pastures are crossed by panoramic and easy tracks. The presence of rare orchids, ancient chestnut trees and of animals such as chamois and roe deer gives the opportunity of organising pleasant excursions aimed at admiring the local flora and fauna. San Zeno di Montagna is located on the western slopes of Monte Baldo. Its breathtaking views make it a true “balcony over Lake Garda (Lago di Garda)”, and the ideal place for a holiday in contact with nature, although it is also just a short way from the most famous lake areas and an hour’s drive from the historical towns of art, Verona and Mantua (Mantova).
